L.A. was great. I didn't get as much stuff as last year but that's because I had to pay to ship it home. I don't think they had as much this year either. I suppose it's the economy. What I did get was pretty good stuff. The boxes have not arrived yet and I want them! I barely remember what I put in them. I got to meet Richelle Mead (Vampire Academy) and I told her I loved her. I also met Carolyn Hennesey (Pandora Gets Jealous) and I gushed about how much I loved the book. They were both really nice. We saw Brooke Shields, and she looks AMAZING in person!
Alas, no Garrett sightings :(

The Be With You novel is in english. I read it before I read the manga.
As for that game, lets just say, I lost my voice. That's what happens when you scream for 5 hours straight. I never gave up hope. There were only 33 seconds left in the game when we scored and tied it. That last minute I was yelling, "fight!! fight!! Keep fighting!!", and they listened. They had the Cup out already. They were ready to give it to Detroit. They probably had the t-shirts and hats out on the bench. I bet they even uncorked the champaigne!! Not so fast, buddies!! Not when the Pens are in the house! We fought like heroes. That was one of the best hockey games I have ever watched. No matter what happens, they gave me something to be proud of. We go back to Pittsburgh for game 6, so hopefully we can carry over the momentum and take it to 7 on Saturday. Unfortunately, the Pens are very beat up and have a lot of injuries. But we also have heart. And a kick ass goal tender - Fleury saved the day. Believe!
