I read about Kyo Kara Mao on the Boys on Boys film website here is what they had posted A Sad Farewell to Geneon Boys on Boys on Film says a sad goodbye to U.S. DVD licensor and distributor Geneon, formerly Pioneer. According to a press release posted yesterday, Geneon is ceasing DVD sales and distribution effective as of this Friday. Titles scheduled to be released after October 2007 are presumed canceled, but no further information is known at this time. We have sadly removed future volumes of Kyo Kara Maoh! from our release calendar.
We will keep you posted as more news about the fate of Geneon's anime catalog comes to light.
I know according to some of the feedback there are other Anime being affected by this so I am not sure what all you are buying but it could be part of this.
As for ICE Kunion, no more updates from Yen Press just that in 2008 they will start publishing the Ice Kunion series under their label. I check weekly to see if anything has been updated.
I agree with you I hate it when a series is not finished and I feel like I am wasting my money. I am still upset that Honey Mustard, and sweet and sensitive never got finished and I am sure it will happen to others.
I started Betrayed. I am only 20 pages into it since I just started it this morning.
