reader17This labor day has been very strange.
We realized some of the stuff (little wheel barrows, and little chairs) were washed away from the storm. I found one of the wheel barrows on the other side of the little creek and retrieved it, my sister saw the other one and a chair behind her shed but it is so grown up there and cables down from when the tree came down last year. They never got rid of the cable (Sigh). Anyway it was so overgrown and I hear her yelling she must of stepped in a bees nest I just see her running and stumbling from where I was and she comes past me yelling they are still on her. She got stung about 20 times. We tried giving her Allergra and used after bite, and kill it (something for bee stings). She thought maybe if she goes in the pool it would help cool it down, when she got out after about a half hour she said the stings were burning. So I took her to the ER and they gave her some steroid and Bendadry, and gave her a perscription for steroids and Bendadryl to take the next few days for the pain. I feel so bad for her! So that is pretty much how our labor day went very crazy and strange! We ended up getting take out around 6:30 just me and the kids since my sister is still in a lot of pain. She just wanted to lay down and try and get the pain to stop. I am hoping it stops soon so she can sleep and feel better!
Also I didn't get a lot done this weekend, on Sunday I was able to put some of my clothes away that have been out for months. But I have a lot of wash to do, but we are under a water advisory due to the water plant having damage. I was really tired all day Sunday and other then putting clothes and towels away (both had been washed just never put away). I did nothing but fall asleep all day. I feel like this weekend I accomplished nothing!
