It has become more of an issue now. The boss told her to take over the shift while I trained a new person. Then when she was on the phone she was kinda of bossy I guess to me (which I have gotten used to. I think it is just her personality). Well she struck a cord with my boss who had a very long meeting with her. Once the meeting was over she was asking a few more questions, and wanting to be more like a team player.
We'll have to see how these next two weeks go. They moved me back to 1st shift for 2 weeks while people are on vacation then not sure if it is back to 3rd to finish training or stay on first. I feel like a ping pong back and forth, back and forth.
That guy sounds a little like this lady. She says as long as she has notes she can do it. But if you have to many notes you never are sure which one's you use for what.
