Just got done wrapping the last of my presents, need to go down and make a batch of cookies and head to bed. (I know it is already almost 1:00am here but I need to put the cookies in so they cook overnight) :D

I am late, but I hope you had a good Christmas. What kind of cookies can cook overnight?

I had a nice Christmas. I made forgotten cookies (or so we call them). They are mainly sugar :) They are just made with egg whites, sugar, and vanilla extract. You pre-heat the oven then make the cookies put them in and turn off the oven and they cook over night :)
